The Graybarn Cottage Policies:

Deposit and Payment
A Fifty Percent (50%) deposit is due at the time of
reservation when it is made more than 60 days in advance of the arrival
date. The full amount of the reservation is due for bookings made less
than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Payment Guarantee (in the form of a valid major
credit card) for the remaining balance to be provided at the time of
booking. The credit card on file will be charged for the remaining
balance 60 days prior to the arrival date. If an alternative payment in
the form of a check or alternate credit card is preferred, notice of the
change and payment must be received by The Mill House Inn no less than
61 days prior to the arrival date. Once payment is applied to a credit
card, no credits, refunds or changes will be made. If payment in full
cannot be secured with the credit card on file and no other arrangements
have been made, the reservation will be cancelled and all deposits will
be non-refundable.
Insurance and Liability
Renters are responsible for any damage caused by
themselves personally, their guests, children or pets.
A renters insurance policy is required for the full
length of the stay, payment for which is the responsibility of the
renter and is in addition to any rental charges. This policy will
pre-arranged by property management.
Tenants must comply with all local laws and
ordinances to include occupancy and fire rules dictated by any
government agency and are solely responsible for any fines or summons
received as a result of their actions or misuse of the property. |
Guests, Children and Dogs
Overnight Occupancy is limited to 8 adult guests
and 12 guests total including children.
Additional bedding in the form of twin or queen
sleeper-sofas or inflatable twin size beds is available for children by
prior arrangement.
Events hosted by renters are limited to 24 people
including the renters and must be approved by management which reserves
the right to approve all vendors to include but not limited to caterers,
rental companies, tent purveyors, valet or parking services, etc.
The Graybarn Cottage is a dog friendly facility.
Two well behaved dogs per rental are welcome without additional charge
and, when notified, management will provide special canine amenities to
make the dogs as comfortable and at home as their owners.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. The entire cost of
the reservation is non refundable when notice of the cancellation is
received less than 60 days from the expected arrival. Guests may send
another appropriate and insured party to take their place.
