The Graybarn Cottage Policies
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: GBC Check-In is 4PM - 10PM, Check-out is 11AM.
Please contact the Hotel for Early Arrivals & Late Departures.
OCCUPANCY: Overnight Occupancy is limited to 8 adult guests, 12
guests total including children.
PETS: Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Please notify your
Personal Assistant if you are traveling with a dog and we will have a
special amenity package ready for your arrival.
TAX & SERVICE CHARGES: Service Charge: 10% | Sales Tax: 8.625% |
Credit Card Refunds & Alterations: 15%
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Weekends three nights | Midweek two
nights | High season, holidays & events may require a longer stay.
RATES & SPECIALS: Rates are subject to change without notice;
Special Offers apply to new reservations & may not be used with other
BEACH PARKING PERMITS: Beach parking permits must be returned to the
Hotel Front Desk at check-out or a $750 fee will be charged.
DAMAGES & SMOKING: Guests are responsible for all damages to The
Graybarn Cottage property. | Smoking: One night's lodging fee will be
EVENTS AT THE COTTAGE: Events hosted by renters are limited to 24
people including the renters and must be approved by management which
reserves the right to approve all vendors to include but not limited to
caterers, rental companies, tent purveyors, valet or parking services,
LAW & ORDINANCE: Guests must comply with local law & ordinance and
are solely responsible for any fines or summons received as a result of
their actions or misuse of the property.
DEPOSIT: Upon making a reservation Guests assume responsibility for
all charges. A fifty percent deposit is due on booking.
PAYMENT: All major credit cards are accepted, checks must be guaranteed by credit
ALTERATION: No-shows, late arrivals & early departures are
responsible for all Charges.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation, the balance of all
reservation charges is due. We will make every effort to re-rent The
CANCELLATION BALANCE DUE: Will be charged to Credit Card on file at
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: Please reply to your original Confirmation
Email with "Request to Cancel" in the subject line; please include any
details on the first line of this reply email. Please contact the Hotel
if you require a copy of the Confirmation Email. Our Front Desk Agents

CANCELLATION REFUND: If we are able to re-rent, a refund will be
issued less a 15% cancellation fee, plus any difference in the re-rental
TRIP INSURANCE: If you schedule is subject to change we suggest
