Deposits,
Payments & Cancellations
Reservations made at
The Graybarn Cottage are non-refundable. Upon booking at The Graybarn
Cottage Guests assume responsibility for the entire reservation and all
associated charges. We suggest the purchase of trip insurance if your
travel plans are subject to change.
A fifty percent
deposit is required to secure accommodations at The Graybarn Cottage.
Payment of the account balance is due sixty days in advance of the
arrival date.
If payment in full
cannot be secured with the credit card on file and no other arrangements
have been made, the reservation will be cancelled and all deposits will
be non-refundable.
In the unfortunate
event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-rent The
Graybarn Cottage for the entire reservation. The balance due will be
charged at the time of cancellation. If we are able to re-rent, Guests
will be charged 10% of total charges as a cancellation fee plus any
difference in the re-rental rate.
Taxes &
Service Charges
A Service Charge of
10% and NYS Sales Tax of 8.625% will be added to your bill. Incidental
charges, if any, are additional.
Arrivals &
Departures
Our Check In time is
4:00 pm, Check Out time is 11:00 am. If your planned arrival is earlier
please notify the office and we will make every possible effort to
accommodate your travel plans. Please let us know if you will be
checking in after 9:00 PM so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Whenever possible we will gladly accommodate requests for early arrivals
or late departures. |
Guests,
Children and Dogs
Overnight Occupancy
is limited to 8 adult guests, 12 guests total including children.
Additional bedding
in the form of twin sleeper-sofas or inflatable twin size beds is
available for children by prior arrangement.
Events hosted by
renters are limited to 24 people including the renters and must be
approved by management which reserves the right to approve all vendors
to include but not limited to caterers, rental companies, tent
purveyors, valet or parking services, etc.
The Graybarn Cottage
is a dog friendly facility. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. When
notified, management will provide special canine amenities to make the
dogs as comfortable and at home as their owners.
Guests are
responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, children
or pets.
Additional
Items
Guests must comply
with all local laws and ordinances to include occupancy and fire rules
dictated by any government agency and are solely responsible for any
fines or summons received as a result of their actions or misuse of the
property.
The Graybarn Cottage
is a non-smoking facility. Guests smoking in the house will be charged
an extra night's fee while we return the house to a non-smoking status.
